At “Winningen im Lichterglanz” on the first weekend of Advent (28–30 November 2025), we traditionally get into the festive spirit with bratwurst, pulled pork, kidney goulash and more. Come and join us! We are located right on the market square in our festively decorated wooden hut.
We would be happy to arrange your private or company Christmas party in our restaurant or exclusively and undisturbed in the separate event rooms of our hotel.
For Christmas parties of up to 15 people, you can choose à la carte from our menu or our Christmas recommendations. For larger groups, we are happy to offer a coordinated menu from our Christmas recommendations or a Christmas buffet. On request, you can also put together your own individual 3- to 5-course menu, including a sparkling wine or mulled wine reception.
You can also enjoy vegetarian or vegan dishes at our restaurant. We offer a variety of delicious vegetarian and vegan starters, main courses and desserts. Our wine and drinks menu features a selection of regional and international wines and spirits, leaving nothing to be desired. For a winter Christmas evening with us, we also recommend our wonderful hot drinks and punches from mid-November onwards – homemade mulled wine, chilli chocolate and more.
If you would like to accompany your event with a supporting programme, you are welcome to book one of our event rooms with modern presentation technology.
To enjoy everything in an even more relaxed manner, you are also welcome to combine your celebration with an overnight stay at our Hotel Hohenstaufen.

We will take care of everything from a large buffet to finger food variations with catering tailored to your individual wishes and budget, ensuring that your celebration is a delicious success so that you can relax and focus on the most important thing – your guests. Celebrate New Year’s Eve with us! We look forward to welcoming you to our Mondrian restaurant for an exclusive 5-course meal with aperitif and would like to enjoy the last evening of the year with you with culinary delights. On New Year’s Day, we will start the new year in a relaxed manner with an à la carte brunch.
