Your duties include:
- Greeting and catering for our guests
- Service duties in breakfast, lunch and à la carte operations
- preparing the restaurant and summer terrace (laying the tables, stocking and cleaning the bar, etc.)
- Supervision of tour groups, evening events (tastings, themed evenings, etc.) and conferences
- Receipt of goods deliveries
- waiter's cashing-up
- maintaining the HACCP records
Job requirements:
- good knowledge of German and ideally also of English
- Readiness to work on public holidays and weekends as well
- friendly demeanour, good manners and a smart appearance
- Reliability and trustworthiness
- harmonious working relationships with managers and colleagues
- previous experience in hospitality desirable, though not essential
