I only didn't give 5 stars because most rooms do not have air conditioning, which was a bit uncomfortable in the summer. However, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of savoury dishes.

Was there for the first time and am more than thrilled, everyone is very accommodating, very friendly & polite. Haven't been so impressed as a guest by such service for a long time. Cleanliness and hygiene, nothing to complain about, everything tip top 👍 The catering area convinced me just as much, overall everything 1A perfect 👌 and thank you very much for the ballpoint pen.

We had booked 3 nights with breakfast over New Year's Eve and we were absolutely satisfied. The staff very accommodating and friendly, the rooms clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast abundant and varied. The railway station a few minutes away and the sights very easy to reach on foot, also the bus stops very close by to get to destinations. We had a very nice time at the Hotel Hohenstaufen, many thanks once again. S. Gabriel
