Redeeming your Miles & More miles with us – it's as simple as that:
- Miles redemption is exclusively possible for direct bookings. Bookings via internet portals, travel agencies or with third-party billing are excluded.
- After redeeming your miles in Miles & More Guest Portal receive a voucher code.
- Quote the voucher code when booking direct or present it at check-in along with your Miles & More service card.
- One or more voucher codes can be redeemed per reservation.
- A cash payment of the voucher codes is not possible.
